02. Ghost of the Dungeon

Brave adventurer let me tell you a tale
Of the curse that has been placed on me
Then venture on down to the depths below
Restore the magic crystal and set me free

I like you was once on a quest
To restore the balance and harmony
Of a chaotic dungeon beneath the great mountain
Yet now I am bound here eternally

A star once fell down from the sky
And buried itself deep in this mine
Minions of Chaos now ravage the dungeon
With a Black Dragon guarding the shrine

The ghost of a fair maiden came to me
And charged me with a quest to restore the star
She presented me with a crystal sword
And I travelled to a land afar

In my search for the fallen star
I descended into this dungeon
I found the chamber with the artefact
But I fell to the guardian

My soul was enslaved by the guardian
And now I am trapped here forever more
But you brave adventurer must claim the crystal star
And allow me to pass through death's door

In the chamber beyond lies my crystal sword
Take it up to aid in your quest
Defeat the guardian and journey to the shrine
And grant me my immortal rest
